My path to community building and wellness advocacy began in solitude, though I didn't recognize it as the beginning of my life's work at the time.

I was raised in a small family, and while I'm blessed with their support and a close circle of friends, I've been a loner for most of my life. That solitude led me outdoors, into nature, where I discovered something essential: the healing power of slowing down, of self-care rituals, and of truly taking care of myself. Those quiet moments walking trails and exploring the natural world became my foundation, and eventually, my calling.

As a marketing consultant and storyteller, I've worked with non-profit and corporate organizations to build authentic connections and meaningful engagement. But my work has always been about more than strategy, it's about understanding that we're all craving the same thing: to be seen, to belong, to feel connected.

I'm an ISFP and a 4/6 in Human Design, which means I lead with creativity, authenticity, and an intuition for what people truly need. I enjoy bringing people together over meals and through events that are both nurturing and educational—the kind of gatherings where real relationships form. I ran my first 5K and 10K last year, and I love biking.  Movement and nature remain my anchor, leading me to slow down and be present.

I spent years learning to care for myself in solitude. Now, I'm passionate about creating spaces where others don't have to figure it out alone. Because self-care isn't selfish, community isn't optional, and connection, the real, vulnerable kind—changes everything.
